How can I return a Zalando Partner order?

You can return items shipped from one of our partners free of charge, within a period of 100 days.

Please use the return label that was enclosed in the parcel to make sure your return is free and sent to the right address.

If your partner items came in a separate parcel from your Zalando items, please make sure to return them separately.

How to make a return:

1. Pack your items

To make a return, just pack the items you are returning and put the return label on the return box to send back your items. Make sure to cover up or remove the original delivery bar code on the box.

2. Drop off your parcel

Drop off your parcel at a DHL location of your choice. For many partner orders it's also possible to drop off the return at Hermes or DPD locations. You can find the icons of the available return carriers on your return label.

3. Keep your receipt

Don’t forget to keep the return receipt from the courier until your refund has been processed.

4. Receive your refund

Your refund can take up to 14 days after we receive the return in our warehouse.

How to know if you ordered a Zalando partner item

If an article is a partner product, on the product page of the item you'll see "Sold by (name of the partner)".
