They indicate supply chains that make an intentional effort to support communities through Fairtrade Premiums or other third-party certifications.
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is one of the leading and most trusted certifications for textiles made from organically grown raw materials. Products with this label are made with at least 70% organic content and the supply chain is independently certified to ensure environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing at every stage of production.
There are two levels of certification:
